The number of Jews deprived of their rights and economic opportunity in Europe increased greatly last year, Dr. Bernhard Kahn, European director of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, said on his arrival here last week from Europe. [ END OF FIRST PARAGRAPH ]
